RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • SANMA GOLD AND DIAMONDS Private Limited strives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction with every product we offer.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and tags, along with the original receipt.
  • Items that are worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Photo or Video of the product should be capture while opening the product  from the  box

How to Return:

  • Call the helpdesk at 918 8402 001 / 887 887 3111 within 7 days (10:00 am – 5:30 pm IST, except Sundays).
  • Returns are collected by courier, and the original invoice required.

Conditions:

  • No returns after 7 days.
  • Returns will not be accepted without the original invoice.
  • Customers are required to share a packing video when returning the shipment to ensure proper packaging and compliance with our return policy.
  • For hygiene reasons, altered products cannot be returned.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after our QC check and satisfactory results.
