  • Customers may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and tags, along with the original receipt.
  • Items that are worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.

Refund & Replacement Process

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Replacements: If eligible, replacement requests will be processed within 10 business days, subject to stock availability.
